Methodology
Geographic Information System (GIS) and participatory scenario development have been utilized for the assessment of vulnerability and risks. In this process, practices and activities aimed at reducing current and future climate vulnerabilities, along with resource identification and effective mobilization, have been planned following the steps outlined below. The plan has been prepared by analyzing the exposure, sensitivity, and adaptive capacity of community and ecological systems to identified hazards.
Appropriate indicators for the targeted municipality were selected from those defined by the Government of Nepal.
